The elegant and luxurious the Au Co Restaurant has been carefully arranged according to the generating principle of Wu Xing, with the dining room featuring both wood and metal elements. On arrival, guests will notice that the interior elements of the wooden furniture and polished wooden floor help air flow, harmonizing the natural light and wind with the surrounding landscape and mountains, giving guests the feeling of being immersed in nature, satisfying the senses of sight and taste.
Meanwhile, metal elements in the dining room are minimized by reducing kitchen and other electrical appliances in the room, which would just distract from the meal. According to the principle that water nourishes wood, the sight of the Gulf’s water and the sound of soft music are simply used to create a calm, gentle atmosphere, which should stimulate guests’ appetites.

They have designed a menu which is both healthy and delicious using local ingredients, including locally caught seafood and vegetables grown in Viet Hai village on Cat Ba Island (you will have a chance to visit The Au Co Green Farm on the second day of your cruise) and also designed to awaken all five senses.
